- All customers shall ensure that mobile number(s), e-mail address and/or other details provided by them to UnKultured are true, accurate and in use, at the time of the online retail transaction. Any liability, consequence or claim arising on account of any incorrect information or outdated information provided by the customer to, same shall solely be borne by the affected customer. We shall not be liable to verify the accuracy and/or correctness of the information so provided by the customer.
- Customers are advised to check the serviceability with the area pin code before placing any order with us.
- Extra VAT may apply in addition to the unit sale price on certain products, but the final inclusive price will not exceed M.R.P. The customer shall be liable to pay the cost.
- The images of the product shown are for visual representations only and may vary from the actual product.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their mobile numbers, e-mail accounts and passwords.
- The prices of the products may vary during and after the offer is over. Thereby we shall not be held liable for such difference in the price of the product as they are offered by the participating seller/s.
- The balance amount, after the offer has been availed, will have to be paid by the customer at the time of purchase.

- UnKultured harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney?s fee) that may be suffered by us a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this policy by you (ii)violation of applicable laws; (any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on your part.
- This policy shall be governed in accordance, with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Gurgaon shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this policy.

CANCEL & REFUND POLICY
You can cancel your order before it has been packed at our warehouse. If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed into the source amount, if order amount was paid online.
If you have selected COD, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made online, you will receive refund into the source account within 3-7 days from the time of order cancellation.
Exchange and returns

We have an easy 10-day return/exchange policy, with a 100% refund in case of returns. Please keep your order number handy! The return exchange window starts from the day your package gets delivered.

The apparel should be in resalable conditions with its tags intact. The products should not be used, damaged or washed.

A product can only be exchanged ONCE.

Products under any kind of sale or offer are only subject to exchange and cannot be refunded.

In case our courier partner is unable to pick up from your location, then we request you to self-ship the product to the original shipping address. We reimburse up to Rs. 70 as courier charges.

Products purchased under full value coupon offer are only subject to exchange if the product delivered is damaged. Otherwise, no return or exchange is processed under this offer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
